A Time to Heal

August 30, 2010 by Aaron and Lori

Our family saying good-bye.

Dear friends and family,

We want to thank you all for your love and prayers.  We received so many emails from so many of you expressing sympathy and compassion.  Thank you for helping us through the difficult time of our loss.  In retrospect we see so many things that God worked out to help us through this situation.

Lori’s surgery could not have gone better.  She has regained much of her strength and energy and is feeling much better physically.  We are so thankful that her body is healing quickly.  The emotional healing will still take some time as we slowly adjust to life without the prospect of our baby.

We were able to return back home to the tribe to be with our girls on Saturday evening.  On Sunday morning we had a private burial service and a time to reflect on the gift that God had given us and had allowed to be taken away.  Once again, thank you for your love and support to us.

Resting in Him,

Aaron
