\"\"<\/a>\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0One more flight!<\/em><\/span><\/dt>\n<\/dl>\n<\/div>\n

After a total of 32 hours on an airplane and time spent in 6 different airports we have arrived in Papua New Guinea!\u00a0 We arrived just in time to take part in the annual conference here in the islands region with fellow missionaries.\u00a0 It was a great time to get plugged back into life here and get ready to head back into the tribe.\u00a0 Our girls loved seeing their friends again and have already tried to forsake the use of their shoes.\u00a0 Following that we had the opportunity to sit in on a Church Planting Seminar\u2026what a great kick-start to get us fired up again for the work God is doing among the Patpatar!<\/p>\n

We now have one more flight, truck ride, and boat ride to get back to the tribe.\u00a0 In the next few days we will be on our final leg of the journey, gathering supplies for the next few months and getting settled into our home in the village.<\/p>\n

In just our short time away from the States we have already experienced a hospital visit, humidity damaged equipment, a pig roast, nights of summer heat without AC, days of rain, fresh papaya and bananas, and much more.<\/p>\n

Thank you so much for helping get us back here!\u00a0 It was good to see many of you and spend time with you, but we are glad you were also willing to say \u201cgood-bye.\u201d\u00a0 Many of you have prayed for us and for our journey.\u00a0 Many of you have also given financially toward our ministry, which has helped raise our support level from as low as 55% of the recommended level a few months ago to over 70% now.\u00a0 We continue to covet your prayers, encouragement, and gifts.<\/p>\n

Thanks for taking this journey with us.\u00a0 Next time we write, Lord willing, it will be from the village!<\/p>\n
