We need teachers!<\/h1>\n
The school put out a tentative plan for this next school year.\u00a0 They need to scale\u00a0way back.\u00a0 Only kids from New Tribes Mission PNG will be able to come to school.\u00a0 No ABWE, MAF, or other missionary families will be able to attend school through 10th grade due to the lack of teachers.\u00a0 I’m not sure this has ever been done before. Aaron’s Ministry<\/h1>\n
I (Aaron) manage a team of 15 people to handle the financial, legal, lands, company registration, ERP, etc. of New Tribes Mission Papua New Guinea.<\/p>\n
A big project that we’re working on is evaluating our ERP system to see how it can serve our needs going forward.\u00a0 We have to do something, we’re just not sure what yet.\u00a0 It seems possible that we will have a HUMONGOUS project in our future.\u00a0 We have nearly 400 adult missionaries in Papua New Guinea, maintain 8 centres, an aviation program with 4 aircraft, a K-12 school, a medical clinic, a dental clinic, a store, a maintenance warehouse, and administration.\u00a0 Whew!\u00a0 With all that complexity, there is MUCH to consider.\u00a0 Please pray for us as we determine what is the best path forward.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n

Stacy’s Ministry<\/h1>\n
Stacy is going every day keeping all the needs filled at the school and around centre.\u00a0 This week found her in fourth-grade math, AP statistics, first-grade art, babysitting for the guest house manager, computer science, babysitting for a single dad because his wife is in the States, reading groups for 5th and 6th grades, met with a member care team taking care of our missionaries on centre, cooking granola for some of the starving single guys on centre, Bible studies…\u00a0 and yes, being a wife and mother.\u00a0 And that was only this week!<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n

Kobe is 16.\u00a0 He is doing well in school and is in the middle of basketball season.\u00a0 He likes playing volleyball and soccer on Sundays, basketball on Thursdays, and said he would start playing floor hockey with the men once he got into 7th grade.\u00a0 I’m still waiting…<\/p>\n

Kiera is 15.\u00a0 She loves babysitting and her friends.\u00a0 She is the entrepreneur and is always doing some kind of work to earn money, which is good, because she spends it, too!<\/p>\n
