Missionary Kids

This picture was taken a year ago.  About a week before we came on home assignment.  For 5 1/2 years we lived, laughed and loved with these students.  This year they graduated.  Some went to the USA to attend college, others are serving in missions for a year before heading to college and others are attending college in Brazil.  We wish we could have been at their graduation.  It’s hard saying goodbye.  And hard knowing we may never see these precious people in person ever again.  But they are one of the reasons we do what we do.

These students are amazing people!  They are smart, funny, strong, loyal, Christ followers & so much more.  No matter where they go or what they do, we know the Lord has a great plan for them and will use them for His glory.  And the fact that we got to be a small part of their lives/stories is priceless to us.

These kids.  And the other students of PQQ.  They are just one reason why missions is worth it to us.  People groups are why our mission exists…missionary kids is why our school exists.  Both of those reasons are why we are looking forward to getting back to Brazil!
