The pie selection was WONDERFUL!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

We are SO BLESSED!\u00a0 Thanksgiving was a wonderful day.\u00a0 We got to spend it out at the boarding school where we are going to work.\u00a0 The day was filled with wonderful co-workers, family, yummy food & lots of fun (a softball game).\u00a0 As missionaries we are constantly reminded of our blessings…monthly we depend on the Lord working in the lives of others to support us both financially\u00a0and with prayer & encouragement.\u00a0 This year has been good & we were excited to share this tradition of Thanksgiving with some of our Brazilian friends.\u00a0 They liked the idea of taking a day to remember all that the Lord has done for them.\u00a0 We do too. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Now that Thanksgiving is over, Christmas is on it’s way.\u00a0 Joel’s parents had the kids help them put up their Christmas tree.\u00a0 Needless to say, we had some laughs.\u00a0 I wish I had gotten a picture of when they first started…they actually put the branches that go on the bottom, on the top.\u00a0 And not just one or two….there were quite a few up there!\u00a0 And Joel & his dad were helping…and they thought it was right.\u00a0 Hehehe!\u00a0 We ladies just sat and laughed. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Anyway, Christmas is on it’s way and so are we.\u00a0 That’s right, it’s time for us to move AGAIN.\u00a0 This should be the last time for a couple of years.\u00a0 We are heading out to PQQ next week.\u00a0 We are excited.\u00a0 Although we do have a couple of prayer request too…<\/p>\n

Please pray-<\/p>\n

-that all the details will work out for our move\u00a0(finding a moving truck, the river level will be high enough for us to use the launch [large boat], etc.)<\/p>\n

-that we will be able to afford all these extra expenses this month (moving costs)<\/p>\n

-that we’ll take the time to remember the REASON FOR THE SEASON<\/p>\n

-that our kids will once again adjust well to a new home & environment<\/p>\n

I’ll do my best to get pictures up of our new place as soon as I can.\u00a0 But please be patient…we have a LOT going on.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 Thanks for understanding!\u00a0 And Merry Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
