Three weeks ago Irlei, the daughter of Moses and Delfina, gave birth to a little girl by cesarean. The baby girl is doing fine. However, Irlei is not recovering well.
She has been unable to eat anything and keep it down. She has been growing weaker from this lack of nutrition. Yesterday she was readmitted to the hospital and diagnosed with internal bleeding and anemia.
She received blood transfusions and then was sent home. She was admitted again last night. She has low blood pressure and is still throwing up everything she tries to eat.
Please pray with us that the doctors will have God’s wisdom in restoring Irlei’s health.
Please pray for her spiritual health as well. Although she has heard much Bible teaching and seems to understand the Gospel, she has refused to receive it.
Please pray that these difficult circumstances may move her to get serious about her eternal destination and receive Christ as her Savior.
