Thank you for praying for the requests we shared in our last post! We appreciate knowing that there continue to be those who are a part of our ministry here through prayer. Here are a few updates and answers to prayer:
EVALUATION Our consultants did come in and were with our team for a few days. We were so blessed by their wisdom and help in regards to learning this tribal language, living and ministering here in Amdu and continuing to move ahead as a team towards the goal of sharing God’s Word with our Amdu friends. Our time with them was so beneficial, but the time did not actually include our language evaluations! It was decided that one of the men will plan to return in a month to officially do the evaluations for our team. Every day we continue to make progress so we are excited to see where we will be in another month. Please keep praying for us (and our teammates) as we work hard at learning this language and culture!
RAIN The good news is that we haven’t run out of water yet! The rain continues to come, although not as frequently as it has in past months. But, our water supply is still very low and we have to be very careful about how much water we use. Please continue to pray for rain!!
