Hiking in Amdu<\/strong><\/p>\n

This next batch of photos will give you an idea of what hiking was like for the guys while on their recent survey into Amdu.\u00a0 It’s impossible for pictures to fully communicate how slippery, steep and scary the hiking was at times so you may have to use your imagination – climbing steep mountains with moss-covered roots as the only thing to put your feet on, inching along a narrow ledge that drops off to more jungle far below, crossing landslides, rivers and waterfalls, plodding along for hours to reach the nearest village…\u00a0 Enjoy the photos<\/strong>!<\/p>\n
