\"\"<\/a>Welcome to the first edition of the Hatton\u2019s Amdu Update! We are now sending and receiving our email via high frequency radio waves! Can you believe it?!<\/p>\n

We have the technology to stay connected to the rest of the world with email even out in the middle of the bush. However, we\u2019re moving at dial-up speeds or slower, and sometimes not at all. One HUGE way you can help us with this setup is to not click reply to email updates you receive from us. Instead send your loving thoughts to us on a newly generated, plain text email (benjamin_hatton@ntm.org) This will keep the emails small and easy for us to access, and YES we absolutely love hearing from you, so keep them coming!<\/p>\n

If you attempt to send us an email that exceeds 100k it will be politely bumped into a folder for us to view when we come to town and have regular internet access. We will get some pictures and even video clips sent to the USA via \u201csnail mail\u201d and then uploaded to the internet. It\u2019s a slow way of doing things but will still keep you connected and give you a picture of our life out here in Amdu!<\/p>\n
