\"AmduStrong<\/a>“Give us something to cry about!” is a common line we hear from our Amdu friends on the eve of a long separation. \u00a0It seems to be the customary practice to give some of your belongings to your family and friends\u00a0as a memory while you are gone. \u00a0In return they\u00a0will cry and miss you and this is good; it’s the\u00a0way that relationships work, Amdu style.<\/p>\n

So as we were leaving to come to America last summer our friends were lining up and asking us for things so that they could cry good and proper for us while we were gone.<\/p>\n

Well now we’re on the eve of\u00a0leaving you all, and we’d like to give you something to cry about! \u00a0Many of you have asked about acquiring one of\u00a0our\u00a0AmduStrong<\/a>\u00a0emblazoned t-shirts. \u00a0So we have set up a way for you to get your hands on one or two. \u00a0We can’t think of a better keepsake!<\/p>\n

Just follow the link!\u00a0\u00a0<\/a>The shirts cost $20 each. \u00a0We are making a small profit and the proceeds will be used towards launching the\u00a0Amdu Literacy Program teaching our friends how to read and write in their own, previously unwritten, language.<\/p>\n

We know the t-shirts won’t be the only thing that keeps us on your minds and in your prayers. \u00a0Your hearts are already so tender towards us we can’t say thank you enough. \u00a0But they will make a great memory and serve to remind us al to keep trusting the Lord to make us effective for Him.<\/p>\n
