Most of that time I (Bill) was in our Maintenance Department and Karyn worked as the receptionist and also in the accounting office.\u00a0 We came to the Home Office with 18% of our recommended support, not realizing we were going to be here this long. It was supposed to be just a six-month assignment. So, we understand what it is like to be under-funded in ministry.<\/p>\n<p>About three years ago, the Lord started giving us a strong burden for our Members to become better at partnership development, but I was not sure how to make that happen. Many of our Home Staff struggle with being underfunded. About a year later I was invited to a 3-day Coaching for Christian Leaders Workshop. That is when I realized that Coaching was the answer to what we were looking for.
