{"id":662,"date":"2014-04-29T17:21:51","date_gmt":"2014-04-29T23:21:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/bj-sanders\/?p=662"},"modified":"2014-04-29T17:29:04","modified_gmt":"2014-04-29T23:29:04","slug":"preparing-to-move","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/bj-sanders\/2014\/04\/29\/preparing-to-move\/","title":{"rendered":"Preparing to move"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s hard to believe that we have ONE MONTH left in M adang. \u00a0Time has flown quickly. \u00a0Although we are sad to say goodbye, yet again, we are excited to be moving forward in this awesome plan that the Lord has been leading us in!<\/p>\n<p>So now, we\u2019re preparing to move to the jungle!\u00a0 We haven\u2019t settled on the exact location yet, but we know that we are moving into a tribe at the beginning of next year! \u00a0<em><strong>This month<\/strong>,<\/em>\u00a0we will purchase 8 solar panels, 3 batteries, electrical equipment, a solar freezer, an inverter, a water filtration system, and a gas oven!<\/p>\n<p>These are all items we need to set up our bush house. I\u2019m not much of a camper!\u00a0 I can do it for a week, but after that, I\u2019m ready for a warm bath, a toilet, lights, fans\u2026\u00a0 same thing goes for our bush house!\u00a0 These things will help us stay on task and not spend all day washing clothes in the river or cooking our food over a fire. We want to focus on why we\u2019re there\u2014learning the language in order to share the Gospel with them in their language, translating God\u2019s Word and making disciples.<\/p>\n<p>First of all, THANK YOU to those of you who have given already to our \u201cneeds list\u201d\u2014we already have money set aside for our solar fridge, generator, and twin tub washing machine.<\/p>\n<p>In order to purchase the rest of these items, we are asking the Lord to provide<strong> $11,300.<\/strong> <em>Would you pray about giving to help us set up our tribal house?
