{"id":804,"date":"2014-08-01T08:48:33","date_gmt":"2014-08-01T14:48:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/bj-sanders\/?p=804"},"modified":"2014-07-30T00:49:13","modified_gmt":"2014-07-30T06:49:13","slug":"day-17-of-21-my-little-estan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/bj-sanders\/2014\/08\/01\/day-17-of-21-my-little-estan\/","title":{"rendered":"Day 17 of 21: My little Estan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Here is a picture of my little buddy here in the tribe!\u00a0 He is just the most precious thing!\u00a0 He comes to our house every day and just sits on our stairs.\u00a0 If I go out to do laundry, he comes and just watches me!\u00a0 If I go to hang the clothes up, he is there!\u00a0 He even came to the women\u2019s bible study and sat by me!\u00a0 We don\u2019t ever say that much, but I just love when he comes around!<\/p>\n<p>He comes to church, even though his mom and dad don\u2019t come.\u00a0 I have been trying to encourage him to keep coming and listening.\u00a0 I also encourage him to stay in school, as a lot of kids drop out.\u00a0 I told him it\u2019s important that he learns to read, because one day, Andrew and Cathy are going to be done translating the Bible in HIS language, and I want him to be able to read it!<\/p>\n<p>I don\u2019t know why God has placed Estan in my life!\u00a0 But I have been praying for him a lot.\u00a0 I just feel like God is going to use him in big ways\u2026maybe a bible teacher later down the road.\u00a0 Please pray that he trusts in Jesus!\u00a0 He definitely comprehends the stories from Children\u2019s Church (Noah\u2019s Ark).\u00a0 So please, pray for Estan!!<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-804 gallery-columns-2 gallery-size-thumbnail'><figure class='gallery-item'>\n\t\t\t<div class='gallery-icon landscape'>\n\t\t\t\t<a href='https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/bj-sanders\/files\/2014\/07\/IMG_0855.jpg'><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/bj-sanders\/files\/2014\/07\/IMG_0855-150x150.jpg\" class=\"attachment-thumbnail size-thumbnail\" alt=\"\" aria-describedby=\"gallery-1-805\" \/><\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<figcaption class='wp-caption-text gallery-caption' id='gallery-1-805'>\n\t\t\t\tWhen we first got to the tribe, these boys followed us everywhere.
