Announcing the New Flight Program

405 is officially the plane missionaries will call for service.

We are preparing for our annual conference and this year when we make our report we have some exciting news to share. We are officially announcing to all our missionaries that they can now schedule flights with NTMA on Mindanao. What a big provision from the Lord that we have reached our first of many lofty goals. Thanks so much for your prayers for us as a team here.

In the grand scheme of things this means that the missionaries on MIndanao who rely on aircraft for transportation of their families, tribal people, patients in their clinics, food and various supplies can continue their work uninterrupted. We were all a bit nervous as we bagan to scramble personnel (read: have the Pruetts move around like Bedhoins) and try to get a program up and running before the other organization, JAARS, moved out of the Philippines.

Last week Garry flew missionaries out of the tribe for conference and that marked the first schduled flight of NTMA since 2003 on Mindanao. What a benchmark, and a joy to be a part of it. You too have been a part of it and ought to rejoice with us at God’s steady and strong hand in this new program.
