Chicken Curry<\/span><\/h2>\n

Ingredients:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

1 large chicken breast, diced<\/p>\n

2 green onions, chopped<\/p>\n

1 cup green beans<\/p>\n

1 cup carrots<\/p>\n

bell peppers<\/p>\n

Asian basil (or normal dried basil with a little lime)<\/p>\n

2 Tbsp. oil<\/p>\n

3 Tbsp. soy sauce, sweetened<\/p>\n

1 can red curry paste<\/p>\n

A dash or two yellow curry powder<\/p>\n

Salt<\/p>\n

1 can coconut milk<\/p>\n

1. Cook chicken in deep pan with oil, soy sauce, 1 Tbsp. red curry paste, yellow curry, salt, basil, and some of the green onions.<\/em><\/p>\n

2. When cooked through, add carrots and green beans<\/em><\/p>\n

3. Add the rest of the green onions and bell peppers<\/em><\/p>\n

4. Add coconut milk and a couple more Tbsp. red curry paste<\/em><\/p>\n

5. Stir and cook until heated through<\/em><\/p>\n

6. Add red curry paste to taste.<\/em><\/p>\n

Serve over white rice<\/span><\/h3>\n
Also, the great thing about this recipe is that you can alter the amounts to your liking.\u00a0 If you like it spicy, add more red curry paste.\u00a0 If you like different vegetables, change it up!\u00a0 You can’t really go wrong with this recipe, so try it a few times until you get it just the way you like it!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/address>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
