Strawberry Angel Food Cake<\/span><\/h2>\n

Ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n

1 angel food cake, baked<\/p>\n

1 package frozen strawberries<\/p>\n

Juice from strawberries<\/p>\n

1 package strawberry gelatin<\/p>\n

1\/2 cup marshmallow whip<\/p>\n

1 cup evaporated milk<\/p>\n

2 tbsp. lemon juice<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0 Cut around cake 3\/4 inch from outer edge and 1\/2 inch from bottom and scoop out cake with a fork.<\/em><\/p>\n

2.\u00a0 Defrost strawberries and drain juice.<\/em><\/p>\n

3.\u00a0 Add water to juice to make 1 cup and heat until boiling.<\/em><\/p>\n

4.\u00a0 Place gelatin in bowl and add hot strawberry juice.<\/em><\/p>\n

5.\u00a0 Stir until dissolved.<\/em><\/p>\n

6.\u00a0 Add marshmallow whip and stir until blended.<\/em><\/p>\n

7.\u00a0 Chill until consistency is similar to that of an unbeaten egg.<\/em><\/p>\n

8.\u00a0 Chill milk until soft crystals form around edge.<\/em><\/p>\n

9.\u00a0 Whip milk until stiff, then add lemon juice and whip until very stiff.<\/em><\/p>\n

10.\u00a0 Fold strawberries and milk into marshmallow mix.<\/em><\/p>\n

11.\u00a0 Fill cake cavity and chill at least 4 hours.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
