Key Lime Pie <\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

Ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n

1 1\/2 cups graham cracker crumbs<\/p>\n

1\/2 cup sugar<\/p>\n

1\/2 stick melted butter<\/p>\n

28 oz sweetened condensed milk<\/p>\n

1 cup key lime juice<\/p>\n

2 eggs<\/p>\n

1 cup sour cream<\/p>\n

2 tbsp. powdered sugar<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0 Preheat oven to 375 degrees<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0 Mix graham cracker crumbs butter and sugar with hands.<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0 Press into a pie pan and bake until brown – about 20 minutes.<\/p>\n

4.\u00a0 Allow crust to cool to room temperature<\/p>\n

5.\u00a0 Combine condensed milk, lime juice and eggs and whisk until well blended.<\/p>\n

6.\u00a0 Pour into cooled pie shell and bake 15 minutes.<\/p>\n

7. Allow pie to chill at least 2 hours.<\/p>\n

8.\u00a0 Once chilled, mix sour cream and powdered sugar and spread over pie.<\/p>\n

Cottage Cheese Pancakes<\/span><\/h2>\n

Ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n

4 eggs<\/p>\n

1 cup cottage cheese<\/p>\n

1\/8 tsp. salt<\/p>\n

2 tbsp. oil<\/p>\n

1\/2 cup flour<\/p>\n

1\/2 tsp. vanilla<\/p>\n

1 tbsp. sugar<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0 Mix all ingredients and cook.<\/p>\n
