Cook vegetables and garlic in a pan until the are almost soft.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>2. In seperate pan, brown meat. Then add vegetables to meat.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>3. Fill each lumpia wrapper with meat mixture and wrap like an egg roll.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>4. Fry lumpia in hot oil until golden.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Serve with rice and sweet and sour sauce or sweet chili sauce.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"bigText-red\">Pancit Canton<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"boldText-blue\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1-2 lbs cubed pork or chicken<\/p>\n<p>4 cloves of garlic<\/p>\n<p>1 medium onion, chopped<\/p>\n<p>1-2 tsp. salt<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp. pepper<\/p>\n<p>2 cups water<\/p>\n<p>4 Tbsp. soy sauce<\/p>\n<p>4 Tbsp. vinegar<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 lb green beans, cut into long, thin strips<\/p>\n<p>2 carrots, cut into long, thin strips<\/p>\n<p>3 leaves of cabbage, chopped<\/p>\n<p>1 cube chicken bouillion<\/p>\n<p>1 medium package Canton noodles (or bihon noodles if you like thinner)<\/p>\n<p><em>1. Brown meat , garlic and onion.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>2. Add salt, pepper, and water.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>3. Add the rest and cook for 5 minutes, adding more water if needed.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>4. Add noodles after they have soaked in water for about 5 minutes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>5. Stir constantly until heated through.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>6.
