{"id":19,"date":"2007-01-08T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2007-01-08T05:00:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2009-08-29T02:19:27","modified_gmt":"2009-08-29T06:19:27","slug":"baileys-january-recipe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/brian-pruett\/2007\/01\/08\/baileys-january-recipe\/","title":{"rendered":"Bailey&#8217;s Green Enchiladas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--StartImportPhoto--><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/brian-pruett\/files\/2007\/01\/2297_8234.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-104\" style=\"margin-right: 10px;margin-bottom: 5px\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/brian-pruett\/files\/2007\/01\/2297_8234.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"123\" \/><\/a><!--EndImportPhoto--><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"normalText\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"bigText-red\"><span style=\"font-family: mceinline\"> Bailey&#8217;s Green Enchiladas<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"normalText\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Large chicken breast<br \/>\nFlour or corn tortillas<br \/>\n10 Tomatillos<br \/>\n3-10 Serrano peppers, depending on how spicy you like it<br \/>\n1\/3 bundle of cilantro<br \/>\n1 onion<br \/>\n2 Cloves garlic, minced<br \/>\nChicken broth (+\/- 1 cup, start small and add until the consistency is like normal enchilada sauce)<br \/>\nMozzarella cheese<br \/>\n<span class=\"blueText\"> <\/span>Salt<\/p>\n<p><em>1.\u00a0 Boil chicken with one whole onion and salt.\u00a0 When cooked through, save broth and shred the chicken.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0 In water, boil tomatillos and serrano peppers until soft<br \/>\n3.\u00a0 In blender, combine tomatillos, peppers, cilantro, garlic, and chicken broth.<br \/>\n4.\u00a0 In a 9&#215;13 pan, pour some sauce (1\/4 of mixture) into bottom of pan just until the bottom is covered.<br \/>\n5.\u00a0 Add a layer of tortillas<br \/>\n6.\u00a0 Add all the chicken<br \/>\n7.\u00a0 Pour 2\/3 of what is left of the sauce on the chicken<br \/>\n8.\u00a0 Add another layer of tortillas<br \/>\n9.\u00a0 Pour the rest of the sauce on top and cover with cheese.<br \/>\n10.\u00a0 Garnish with onion and cilantro<br \/>\n11.\u00a0 Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For the brave authentic Mexican food lover!
