He hopes to be home in time to spend a snowy Thanksgiving with Bailey\u2019s immediate family in Colorado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The time in the Philippines setting up our next pilot to sling load on his own&nbsp;went better than we had hoped. Thanks for praying! Not only did we finish the next phase of training, but we helped with a high school construction project as our curriculum!&nbsp;This was a blessing to the Banwaon indigenous church. Then we trained ground crew to rig the loads in nets. Once we started flying, we kept the helicopter running until everything was moved. The alternative for them was to bring all of this on motorcycles on a slippery, muddy road that requires pushing the bikes about as much as riding them.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you for your prayers. The weather was perfect, the helicopter and equipment functioned flawlessly, we had a great ground crew, and supplies were delivered when we needed them to be. As we anticipate Thanksgiving this week we praise the Lord for all the new believers in the jungles of the Philippines! We are incredibly thankful to work on a team with you. We have all worked hard at the task that Jesus left us with &#8211; make His gift of salvation known in all the World. God is known in many places we fly today, where he wasn\u2019t known last Thanksgiving.
