{"id":80,"date":"2007-08-20T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2007-08-20T04:00:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2009-08-29T00:52:26","modified_gmt":"2009-08-29T04:52:26","slug":"baileys-august-recipeits-about-time","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/brian-pruett\/2007\/08\/20\/baileys-august-recipeits-about-time\/","title":{"rendered":"Marshmallow Fudge Brownies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--StartImportPhoto--><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/brian-pruett\/files\/2007\/08\/2297_20693.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-104\" style=\"margin-right: 10px;margin-bottom: 5px\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/brian-pruett\/files\/2007\/08\/2297_20693.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" \/><\/a><!--EndImportPhoto--><\/p>\n<h2><strong><span class=\"bigText-red\">Marshmallow Fudge Brownies<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong><span class=\"bigText-red\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">from Aunt Denise and Aunt Cheryl<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"boldText-blue\">For Brownie:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1 cube butter<\/p>\n<p>2 heaping Tbsp. cocoa powder<\/p>\n<p>2 eggs<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. vanilla<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp. salt<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 cups sugar<\/p>\n<p>3\/4 cup flour<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup nuts<\/p>\n<p>marshmallows<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"boldText-blue\">For Fudge:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1\/4 cup cocoa powder<\/p>\n<p>2 Tbsp. butter<\/p>\n<p>1 cup powdered sugar<\/p>\n<p>small amount of milk or cream<\/p>\n<p>pinch salt<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp. vanilla<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"boldText-blue\">For Brownie:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0 Melt together butter and cocoa powder.<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0 Beat in eggs, vanilla, salt, and sugar.<\/p>\n<p>3.\u00a0 Stir in flour and nuts.<\/p>\n<p>4.\u00a0 Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.<\/p>\n<p>5.\u00a0 Cover brownie with marshmallows.<\/p>\n<p>6. Drizzle fudge over top of the marshmallows.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"boldText-blue\">For Fudge:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0 Melt together cocoa powder and butter.<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0 Add powdered sugar, milk, salt, and vanilla.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Try these gooey brownies on for size!
