Grandma’s Lemon Bars<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

Crust:<\/span><\/p>\n

2 cups flour<\/p>\n

1\/2 cup powdered sugar<\/p>\n

1 cup butter<\/p>\n

Filling:<\/span><\/p>\n

5 eggs<\/p>\n

2 1\/2 cups sugar<\/p>\n

1 Tbsp. sugar<\/p>\n

1\/4 cup flour<\/p>\n

1\/2 cup fresh lemon juice<\/p>\n

Juice of one small lemon<\/p>\n

1 tsp. baking powder<\/p>\n

Crust:<\/span><\/p>\n

1.\u00a0 Butter 9″ x 13″ baking dish<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0 Mix flour and powdered sugar<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0 Cut in butter and press into pan<\/p>\n

4.\u00a0 Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.<\/p>\n

Filling:<\/span><\/p>\n

1.\u00a0 Beat 5 eggs<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0 Add sugar<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0 Mix flour and 1 tbsp sugar and add to eggs<\/p>\n

4.\u00a0 Add the rest of the ingredients<\/p>\n

5.\u00a0 Pour filling onto baked crust<\/p>\n

6.\u00a0 Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees<\/p>\n

7.\u00a0 Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool<\/p>\n
