She had walked by her son’s house every Sunday but somehow she found out that the lesson would be about Mary. To her surprise she didn’t hear much about Mary who her church said was born without sin, but about her Son who knew no sin and could therefore be the Savior and Deliverer. She never walked by again. She never quit listening to the story of the Promised One. Praise God for Mary and praise the Lord for those who share this blessed message with those who have not as yet believed. Trusting in Jesus is so easy. He is the Holy One who died for each of us and rose again.

This past year, our continuing work on the Cross-cultural Edition of the Building on Firm Foundations- Creation to Christ materials, has been quite full. Most recently we have recounted how the Lord has allowed us to finish translating close to 1140 pages in the first 4 volumes. (It takes about 900 pages to do a New Testament.) These lessons have been a big help to New Tribes Mission and about 200 other missions. Two hundred and fifty tribal languages have received these lessons and have hence been able to establish local churches. I pray regularly that the author, Trevor McIlwain, would be able to finish the series in good health. It would represent 12 volumes. Volume 10 should be done in 6 months. Our Portuguese translation team has already done some of the content of volumes 7 to 12.

We thank you so much for partnering with us in this huge task.
