Wow!!! That was a whirlwind trip, but oh so wonderful! Thanks to everyone of you who prayed for us! Between our time in El Paso and Fort Stockton we shared everywhere from small groups, to AWANA kids, to men and women’s Bible Studies, to a full Sunday service, for a total of ten speaking opportunities in just one week!
Not only was it good to be able to open people’s eyes to how many still do not know of the hope we have in Christ, but we also enjoyed visiting old friends and meeting new ones. As we do our Ministry Partnership Development (MPD), I’ve been amazed at some of the connections we’ve made, like with a couple working with Limbs International, which helps people get affordable prosthetics in developing countries.
We hope and pray that as people hear about the many people still without God’s message of love, they’ll spring into action to spread His love wherever they’re at. And every time we share it, I’m reminded of how often I neglect to share Christ’s love myself.
