\u2022 The paper chain in the picture represents the days until Grandma and Grandpa Hostetter come to visit. We’re looking forward to seeing them, (it’s been almost 2 and a half years).<\/p>\n

\u2022 Our coworkers Axel and Sandra Fachner are proud to announce the birth of Lilly Valeska Fachner on January 23rd. The middle name is in honor of her great-great-grandmother who was a believer with a great testimony. They are healthy and doing well and we look forward to their return to Pal later this spring.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Bailey Joy Hostetter turned 3 years old on January 26th. Maybe now she\u2019ll stop having \u2018accidents\u2019. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

\u2022 We\u2019re two weeks into our 2nd literacy class and two graduates from our 1st class are heading up the teaching. They\u2019re doing a fabulous job and it\u2019s been a joy to watch them daily grow more confident and comfortable in their new roles.<\/p>\n

\u2022 In less than a month Chris and Nate will be having their first (and only) lesson writing check. We\u2019ll each teach two lessons at that time to a couple folks and the consultant will be checking to see if we\u2019re communicating God\u2019s truth clearly.<\/p>\n

\u2022 At that time we\u2019ll also be having translation consultants here and it will be the first translation check for Maggie and I. Maggie will be getting the Noah story checked, and the first 6 chapters of Exodus. I\u2019ll be getting Exodus 7-10 checked. Our coworker Nate Claasen will be having portions of Genesis checked.<\/p>\n

\u2022 After the checks we\u2019ll be heading out of the tribe to await the grandparents arrival!<\/p>\n
