Monday night there was an accident on the main road going from town to our village.\u00a0 <\/span>Five people from our village where on the vehicle when it hit the soft shoulder and rolled.<\/p>\n Most of the injuries were minor but one man, Eric, sustained a significant head injury.\u00a0 <\/span>After a CT scan at the local hospital showing blood on his brain they needed to transfer him to a larger hospital.\u00a0 <\/span>Thankfully we were able to have our pilot fly to the town he was in and transfer him to the city where our flight center is.<\/p>\n We heard this morning that Eric went into surgery last night with a 50\/50 chance of survival.\u00a0 <\/span>After many hours in surgery he was stable in recovery.<\/p>\n Would you please pray for healing for Eric?<\/p>\n His wife Maureen has been helping with the Back to English translation for the Bible lessons Chuck has been writing.\u00a0 <\/span>Eric\u2019s brother, Eddie, also works for Chuck as his right hand man in checking the Bible lessons.\u00a0 <\/span>Eddie\u2019s wife, Lanie, has been working with Maureen in the BTE\u2019s.\u00a0 <\/span>Chuck has been noticing a real curiousness in these ladies about the message from the Bible.\u00a0 <\/span>Chuck has so much to accomplish in the weeks ahead and not having these 3 people available to help him is a huge setback.<\/p>\n Pray for Eric.<\/p>\n Pray for his wife, Maureen.<\/p>\n Pray for Eddie and Lanie.<\/p>\n Pray for the extended family.<\/p>\n If anyone would like to help with the extensive medical costs that Eric will face, please donate to our Ga\u2019dang Community Fund and include a note designating it for Eric.\u00a0 <\/span>Our medical fund has been rapidly depleting with many medical cases coming our way lately.<\/p>\n Canadian Donors: \u00a0Ga’dang Medical Assistance<\/a><\/p>\n US Donors: \u00a0Ga’dang Community Services<\/a><\/p>\n
