We love our life here in the tribe. We wouldn\u2019t want to live anywhere else. But sometimes we just wish we didn\u2019t have to do things the way we do. So here are some things we are looking forward to \u201cnot\u201d doing over the next 11 months!<\/p>\n
1. \u201cNOT\u201d using a flashlight to get to the bathroom in the night.<\/p>\n
2. \u201cNOT\u201d having to turn the generator on or off everyday.<\/p>\n
3. \u201cNOT\u201d not flushing the toilet! If it\u2019s yellow let it mellow\u2026<\/p>\n
4. \u201cNOT\u201d saying \u201cplease repeat\u201d a million times a day.<\/p>\n
5. \u201cNOT\u201d saying \u201cI don\u2019t understand\u201d many more times a day.<\/p>\n
6. \u201cNOT\u201d having to sign out\/borrow a vehicle when we want to go shopping.<\/p>\n
7. \u201cNOT\u201d having to start my grocery list 2 weeks before someone else goes shopping for me!<\/p>\n
8. \u201cNOT\u201d having to carry a sweat rag with me everywhere I go.<\/p>\n
9. \u201cNOT\u201d carrying tissue for every bathroom break we make at the mall.<\/p>\n
10. \u201cNOT\u201d having to sleep under a mosquito net.<\/p>\n
11. \u201cNOT\u201d having to tuck in the mosquito net every time I get in and out of bed!<\/p>\n
12. \u201cNOT\u201d checking for spiders hiding on the shower curtain\u2014make that BIG spiders!<\/p>\n
13. \u201cNOT\u201d watching the ants swim in my cheerios while I eat the cheerios.<\/p>\n
14. \u201cNOT\u201d wearing rubber boots majority of the year.<\/p>\n
15. \u201cNOT\u201d waking up to the sound of roosters crowing, not at dawn but all hours of the night.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
I am sure there are other things we are looking forward to not doing but we won\u2019t dwell on them. We are looking forward to all the things we are going to do throughout the rest of this year.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
