Enjoy\u2026<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; How to ride in a car on the other side of the road without freaking out<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; How to make homemade bread in 5 minutes<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; How to learn a language\/culture<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; That this job really is impossible if you try to do it alone<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; How much I hate making tortillas from scratch<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; How little I need to be happy<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; How different everyday life is for the rest of the world<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; How insecure I still am<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; How hard\/frustrating another culture can be<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; How much I appreciate good chocolate<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; That fast food was something I always took for granted<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; That streaming things off of the Internet (Pandora, YouTube, Itunes) was a serious part of my life!<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; How serious God is about reaching the world with His gospel<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; How unfair it is that I was born in America and my best national friend was born here<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; How to skin and cook fresh fish<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; How much the Lord wants to be my everything<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; That Satan really does hate me and what I am doing<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; How little I know about the world<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; How to flush a toilet with buttons instead of a handle<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; How thankful I am for a good husband<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; How much others effect my mood<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; That we always need to use the restroom before we go anywhere!<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; That we always need to bring water wherever we go<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; How to be thankful when I don\u2019t feel thankful<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; How much I love season changes<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; What humidity really is<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; How much I need prayers and support from people back home<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; How little I am in charge of<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; How to cook with a plethora of new foods<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; How beneficial my baby boy is in language learning<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; That I am never going to be done learning<\/p>\n<p>Em tasol (That is all)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ok everyone, I (Shawna) have taken a few minutes to put together a list of things that the Lord has taught\/continues to teach me since arriving on Papua New Guinea soil.
