On the way to church this morning Cheryl reminded Cheyenne and I that two years ago this date Cody had his motorcycle accident. This left him with some pretty bad road rash, about 30 stitches in his foot and two missing front teeth and his then girlfriend Tessa with a very banged up knee. We praised God then that is was not as bad as it could have been. It was bad enough, yet so much more could have gone wrong. Today Cody is almost done his first semester of college and the Lord has provided a good orthodontist in Arkansas not too far from JBU where he goes to school. It also left us thanking God for great friends in Papua who helped us, as well as great ministry partners who prayed us through it all. We want to thank you for being our ministry partners as we were overseas and as we continue the ministry that the Lord has for us. We hope you all have a great Thanksgiving season with your family and friends. We are glad we get to be here this year to celebrate with my family in NH. Today we thank God for you, friends, family and His Son Jesus who gave His life for us.
