We would like to share with you what God has done for us this week. June 13th<\/sup> marks our 20th<\/sup> wedding anniversary. To help us celebrate, some friends gave us an evening in Boston<\/st1:place><\/st1:city>. Friday 8 June, we stayed at the Marriott Copley and had dinner at Top of the Hub, an elegant restaurant on top of the 2nd<\/sup> tallest building in Boston<\/st1:place><\/st1:city>. The view as well as our time together was awesome. Arrangements were made for Cody and Cheyenne<\/st1:place><\/st1:city> to be taken care of as well. A big thank you to God and those who made our weekend so special.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/o:p>Tuesday 12 June 2007 officially marked Cody’s last day of 5th<\/sup> grade. Monday was cleaning day and ice cream social. Tuesday was field day and saying good byes to friends. Cody really worked hard this last quarter and was able to bring some low grades up. We celebrated with him choosing supper and a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. He decorated it and wrote “No More School”. I think we will wait to tell him he still has to do 6th<\/sup> grade next school year. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p>Friday 15 June, we will be flying out to Oklahoma<\/st1:state> for our last visit with Cheryl’s family before we leave for Indonesia<\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region>. Our original plan was to drive but God used some friends to arrange for tickets using their frequent flyer miles. This will save so much travel time and give us more time with family and friends out there. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/o:p>We are excited that we will arrive in time for the Mush Ball tournament Cheryl’s family is putting on to raise funds for our tickets. So far we have $372 slotted specifically for our tickets back to Indonesia<\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region>. Our desire is to leave between the 27th<\/sup> -30th<\/sup> of July.  <\/span>This will get us back just before I have to start teaching. Pray that the Lord will provide the rest of the funds so we can purchase our tickets. The total was $4550.50 if we met the May 23rd<\/sup> deadline. We are still waiting on the new bookings and price. Thanks for praying.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p>We did receive the visa letters needed to get Cheryl, Cody and Cheyenne<\/st1:city>’s visa to Indonesia<\/st1:country-region><\/st1:place>. We are now waiting for Cheryl’s passport to return from the passport agency. Pray it gets here quickly so we can send all 3 to the Indonesian consulate in Chicago<\/st1:place><\/st1:city><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

While we are in OK we will be ministering at the Cherokee Baptist Association’s family camp in Tahlequah OK. Cheryl will be teaching the 5th<\/sup> and 6th<\/sup> and I will be teaching young adults. Pray that we will be used of God as He sees fit. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
