Where you will sleep….

July 31, 2012 by Craig and Kayla Gilley

Stella's New Bed
She went to bed a hour earlier because she was so excited to sleep in it...

We got to experience something pretty cool this week. We have a short list of furniture items we were still in need of. Our three year old Stella was still sleeping in a pac n play, which was fine, but she really needed a little more space. We had been asking and praying about finding a toddler bed for her. It just didn’t seem like it was going to happen. Then we got a phone call from my sister in California. Her Mother-in-law in Idaho had a friend on facebook mention that she was wanting to get rid of her son’s toddler bed for FREE! Char (my sister’s mother-in-law) thought of us and called my sister who then called us. Just a few minutes later I was on the phone with a woman I have never met (who lives about 30 minutes away) setting up a time for us to pick up a FREE bed for Stella. CRAZY!!! Why do we worry? If He can and will provide a toddler bed He will provide ALL our needs! What an awesome God we serve!! So fun to see Him at work!!!!

“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?
