“Our visit to the Bible Printing factory in Jakarta today brought us many blessings and was a great experience! We hope that next January 2017 the Bible in our own heart language, called “God’s Word” will be able to be printed in this place and is going to become a huge blessing to so many people. Thanks so much to our friends at the Bible factory for welcoming and serving us so graciously…”
The above quote was written by our tribal team representatives who traveled to Jakarta this week to visit the factory where we hope to print our Bible. The head of the factory met them and took them on a tour through the factory, showing them how every step of a new Bible is taken through the printing process. This man loves the Lord and has been serving Him for many years in printing Bibles. He has printed Bibles in many languages including Russian and many Asia-Pacific and Chinese languages. We look forward to working with him.
As our team were being shown around, they were amazed at their guide’s humbleness and love for God’s Word and by the way their workers gather for prayer each morning to pray for the Bibles being printed. They said, “We are just jungle people feeling very overwhelmed by the big city.” Needless to say, they were in awe at how he took them around, fed them and gave his whole day to spending time with them.
Thanks for your prayers as we continue to work toward the finalizing of the draft this summer. We are spending LOTS of money on phone minutes and that is what it takes to get it all right! Please thank God today for the team that print Bibles every day and send them around the world. Pray also for good communication as our team finishes revisions and final read through.
