Bob had been at the USA Headquarters for several weeks, attending strategy meetings. His computer didn’t work well all that time, so finally, he brought it to Dave, "I’m tired of struggling with this computer. Can you figure out what is wrong?"
Dave first checked out the warrenty status. No days left on the warrenty, but neither had the warrenty run out. Which means …. The day Bob finally brought his computer to Dave was the very LAST day on his warrenty.
Repairs were covered under warrenty with no cost to the missionary. Cool, eh?
