The Pitch

… the roof of our house is scheduled to be replaced. 

Praise the Lord that Don from Dave’s sending church in Michigan has a vision for helping us in a practical way.   He has assembled a 6-person crew.  They will supply the labor to put a new shingled roof on our house.  They are coming in January. 

What a marvelous provision from the Lord! 

• Pray as Dave measures, orders supplies, and coordinates the project.
• Pray for Don as he coordinates the crew.  Don is in construction and knows roofs and how to get work done.
• Pray for God’s provision of supplies.
• Pray for me (Ruth) to have joy in watching the roofing process.  When I was young, I watched as a neighbor fell off a roof he was building, and broke his back.  Whenever I see anyone on a roof, I am fearful they will fall. 
• Which brings me to the most serious prayer request – Pray for safety in every aspect of this project.
