\"\"<\/a>Don and Linda are friends from up North. They own a timeshare in Central Florida for New Year\u2019s week.\u00a0 But in late fall, they decided not to go. And they offered the week to Dave and me \u2013 as a gift.<\/span><\/p>\n

And what a gift!\u00a0 Our time in their timeshare was an oasis, away from the distractions and stresses of life and work.\u00a0 Oh, my\u2026. we were refreshed. That week away was exactly what we needed.\u00a0 And a great way to end the old year and begin the new.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

The really amazing part of the story\u2026.\u00a0 Don had a heart attack the very day that he and Linda would have been traveling, had they gone to their timeshare week.\u00a0 Rather than being on a plane, he was near medical care. Praise the Lord! Don is OK, and is recovering.<\/span><\/p>\n

And we are in absolute wonder at God\u2019s providence. <\/span><\/p>\n

But the story doesn\u2019t stop\u2026.\u00a0 Dave told another friend, and apparently he really needed to hear about God who cares and God who controls – because the story spoke to his heart.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
