We haven&rsquo;t had a pastor, although some good Bible teachers have filled the pulpit.<\/p>\n<p><!--StartImportThumbnail--><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/dave-brendle\/files\/2007\/03\/297_11373.jpg\" rel=\"thumbnail\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-104\" style=\"float:left; margin-right:5px; border: 0.5pt solid #BCC4C8;\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/dave-brendle\/files\/2007\/03\/297_11373.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" title=\"\" \/><\/a><!--EndImportThumbnail-->Dave started out at the church as the Music Director and multi-media director.&nbsp;&nbsp;His involvement grew, and&nbsp;in 2004, he became an elder and began teaching on Wednesday nights.<\/p>\n<p><!--StartImportThumbnail--><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/dave-brendle\/files\/2007\/03\/297_11371.jpg\" rel=\"thumbnail\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-104\" style=\"float:left; margin-right:5px; border: 0.5pt solid #BCC4C8;\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/dave-brendle\/files\/2007\/03\/297_11371.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" title=\"\" \/><\/a><!--EndImportThumbnail-->My involvement also grew. In addition to helping Dave with the music, I prepared&nbsp;the bulletin, and taught a small Junior Sunday School class, writing my own curriculum based on the <em>Building on Firm Foundation<\/em> lessons for Acts and Ephesians.<\/p>\n<p><!--StartImportThumbnail--><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/dave-brendle\/files\/2007\/03\/297_11372.jpg\" rel=\"thumbnail\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-104\" style=\"float:left; margin-right:5px; border: 0.5pt solid #BCC4C8;\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/dave-brendle\/files\/2007\/03\/297_11372.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" title=\"\" \/><\/a><!--EndImportThumbnail-->Since last year, Nathan has also been heavily involved, handling the sound system and the Song Select program to project the words of the songs onto the screen.&nbsp;<span class=\"smallText\">(Click on any of the pictures to see them larger.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"boldText-red\">All that has changed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Last fall, the elders came to the realization that it had become too much to come up with speakers. They decided to continue as long as God supplied through one man, but that we would take steps toward closing the church. The church family was resigned as everyone&nbsp;knew how hard it had become to find speakers.<\/p>\n<p>Praise the Lord that He has brought another church body to buy the building. They have some of the same vision as Faith Fellowship had, and we trust they will breathe fresh air into an old building.<\/p>\n<p>Last Sunday was our last service as a church family. The new church has already started preparing the&nbsp;building to meet their needs and outreach.
