Critical components&nbsp;were severely damaged. The cost of repair is greater than the value so Dr. Dave is&nbsp;looking for a replacement.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Fortunately,&quot; Dave says, &quot;It is just a computer and not a life. I don&rsquo;t think that I could be an emergency room doctor.
