Ministry Definition

September 17, 2008 by

The price of gas is only one of many indicators of the lag in our economy.  It is afffecting how we do our ministry in a drastic way.  We need your prayers.

When the price of gas hit $4 a gallon it really hit us hard.  The first time I filled our van and it costed $80 was a real jolt.  Then, this summer we’re in Edmonton, Alb, Canada and the cost to fill our van was $100.  WOW!  To add to this, it is a common thing that when the economy hits a dip one of the first things that takes a cut is GIVING.  So, yes, our income has been consistantly low in the last 5 months.

We need to believe the Lord to get better at serving in our responsibilities in the mission more from our home area.  Please pray.

One thing we have been able to do it get a larger list of churches in Az. that have had an interest in NTM in the last few years.  With this list we hope to develop relationships that will buitd.  Please pray.

Another matter of prayer for us, that is serious, is the poor condition our ‘retirement’ accounts are in.  This is a major concern for us.  Please pray!
