FROM OUR TRIP TO PAPUA NEW GUINEA
It has been a thrill to keep getting reports back from the field of Papua New Guinea about the continued results of our ministry there back in October. One of the missionaries there that we had the privilege of sharing with wrote us the following report; “I want to say a big thanks to you for the grief seminar recently held here, a big blessing. On Thursday I sat with a businessman in town as he told me of his cousin lost at sea in Australia as his fishing boat was capsized by a storm. He may even now be Down Under for a funeral. We are hoping that having learned some at the seminar we will be a catalyst too seeing him and perhaps others of his family be saved. Thanks again for the insights and resources.”
FROM OUR MINISTRY
In February we had the privilege and joy of attending the Aviation Expo at the training facilities at Ethnos360 Aviation in McNeal, AZ. This event was well attended and many went away with a greater understanding and appreciation for the need and what is involved in reaching a remote, unreached ethnic group with the gospel.
We are looking forward to visiting Ethnos360 Missionary Training Center in Missouri this June. Pray for travel mercies as we cross the country and a good time of encouragement while there.
A special prayer request concerning some of our current ministry activities involves a new relationship God has given us this year. We have met and become friends with the founder and manager for an international charity foundation. Due to our friendship this group is very interested in donating large gifts to the work of Ethnos360. Please pray that their funding efforts go through so this can take place. https://blogs.ethnos360.org/david-knapp/give/
FROM OUR FAMILY
So, this phase of life carries its own events and challenges. It is a joy to be able to report that all our kids and their families are doing great. The big event in the family this year is the high school graduation of 4 grandkids. Several of them are considering the service for their next step in life. http://daviddknapp.blogspot.com/
LaNay, Crystal’s handicapped sister, has settled in nicely in a facility near our home with complete enrollment in AZ assistance programs. It is nice seeing her so happy for a change. We, of course, continue to be her main source of support.
FROM OUR PERSONAL ACTIVITIES
David still has signed copies of his book, I DIDN’T KNOW WHAT TO SAY: Being a Better Friend to Those who Experience Loss. You can order your copy by contacting us. He is slowly working on his next book, TURNING LONELINESS INTO GODLINESS and Crystal is helping put together a Journal Guide for the Griever. http://griefreliefministries.com/book/
Next week the Mother’s Day issue of Reach Up Magazine should arrive and be ready for shipment. Thanks to all who have prayed and given to get this important tool in the hands of thousands of women at risk around the country. There is still a big need for funds to ship this issue out to organizations that will be distributing them. Thanks for praying. http://www.reachupmag.org/

FROM OUR HEART
We have been moved and humbled again recently with a message at church about God’s being jealous for us. His heart is so fixed on us by love that He LONGS for our hearts to be in tune to His. What a Savior! May our desires and activities constantly drive us to His heart.
With Hearts full;
David & Crystal Knapp
