Hi, I’m Veronica and I’m in Kindergarten. I started the year going to Watsontown Elementary school. I couldn’t remember a lot of the stuff the teacher was trying to teach me. I didn’t like the schoolwork because it was hard for me. The things I liked about school were playing with my friends at recess, eating snack and doing fun activities. I was excited about coming to Florida because I wanted to see Winter the dolphin, I like dolphins. I miss my cousins and my friends in Pennsylvania. I’m going to a new school now; it is called Spirit Elementary. I had to repeat Kindergarten because I couldn’t remember all the stuff they were teaching me. I’m remembering things a lot easier now, school is not as hard as it used to be. My teacher said I’m doing much better. I have some new friends at school, at home and at church. I like playing with my sisters and with my new friends. My favorite Christmas present was my Play Dough cake making station.
