July Journeys

Local State Park lake
Kentucky State Park Lake

At the beginning of our summer partnership development trip we stayed overnight at the Jaars facility in North Carolina. We arrived there at night in the middle of a bad storm (that was interesting). We highly recommend Jaars as a place to stay. We continued on to Kentucky the next day and arrived at our friends house around 9 pm. Please visit our picasa web album by Copying and pasting the link below to your search engine if you would like to see the rest of the Kentucky pictures. Thank you.

Pennsylvania

When we left Kentucky we made straight for Pennsylvania (PA). We arrived in PA around 8.30 pm. We sure were glad to get there after an accumulated 24 hours of driving. What a pleasant place to stay surrounded by rows of corn and tree covered mountains on both sides. A minor blot on our first week was Dean suffered with a severe case of sinus head cold the first couple days but praise the Lord by the weekend he was fully recovered.

If you would like to see the rest of the Pennsylvania photos just Copy and paste the link below.

St Thomas

On the last Sunday that we were in Pennsylvania Dean shared for 15 mins at St Thomas; one of our supporting churches. I, Tuti really appreciated being able to shake hands with people afterwards as I was able to see the faces of the people who are our ministry partners. Our time in Kentucky and Pennsylvania was wonderful, we praise the Lord for all the people we were able to see.
