Treasure:\u00a0 Any thing or\u00a0 person\u00a0 greatly\u00a0 valued.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

During the upcoming Enrichment Seminar for missionaries, we will be helping to lead the Jr. High program.\u00a0 One recurring event is the Great Treasure Hunt.\u00a0\u00a0 Teams of kids race to solve puzzles, crack codes, figure out riddles and do group activities in order to get to the treasure first.\u00a0 treasure is a fun prize that lasts only for a short while.\u00a0 The families attending this seminar are responding to God\u2019s call to take the\u00a0eternal<\/span>\u00a0treasure of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the ends of the earth.\u00a0 It is our privilege to be part of this team of witnesses spreading His word and planting His seeds.\u00a0 Such a big job.\u00a0Fortunately, God is the one doing the work.\u00a0 We are just vessels and instruments of His grace.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

We are like clay jars in which this treasure is stored.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The real power comes from God and not from us. (2 Cor. 4:7)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Lukas<\/p>\n

My name is Lukas. I\u2019m in second grade. Anna is my baby sister. She is actually a mini toddler. I think she is very pretty. And I have a very nice brother Niklas. He is five years old. And I\u2019m six years old. And soon I\u2019m going to be 7. We\u2019ll be in Chicago on my birthday. I\u2019m excited. We are going to Chicago to get Anna\u2019s German passport. And we are going to go to some Museums. Somehow or maybe I\u2019ll learn more about Dinosaurs. I like to play with Dinosaurs and write about them. I like to read books. Someday ill probably be a scientist. I like to play ball. This spring I played flag football. It was fun.<\/p>\n

Today I\u2019m playing soccer by Lukas\u2019 school. It\u2019s going to be my school next year. I\u2019m looking forward to Kindergarten. Recess is going to be my favorite thing from school.<\/p>\n

Oma and Opa lived with us for 3 weeks. We had a good time with them. We played with Lego cars and went on many trips. Oma and Opa took me to Oma\u2019s language helper session. The students talked German with me.<\/p>\n

Mama and I found two caterpillars and we brought them home in a cereal box and they changed into butterflies. I called one Gavin and Lukas called his Salkin for Niklas backwards.<\/p>\n

God is good. God is strong. God is holy. God is stronger than anyone. God is the best.<\/p>\n
