A couple of weeks ago LaShawn got to celebrate an amazing event here in PNG. She was able to board a small airplane and fly into one of our bush locations to celebrate a Bible dedication.<\/p>\n

When I think about how long the Bible has been in English, I just praise Him. It has been several hundred years, yet the Yembi\u2019s just got their Bible in their heart language October 2013. Better late than never, but a reminder that the job isn\u2019t done as there are many, many other language groups who do not have this.<\/p>\n

What a privilege to be able to be a part of this work!!! This is why we do what we do and leave our family and friends for several years at a time. It hurts but I think of all the new generations of Yembi’s who can know God and study His Word long after we are gone!!!<\/p>\n
