It is just part of life. Sometimes it will come right back on in 10 minutes and sometimes it will be off for 12 hours. We had been blessed with having a generator in order to do our jobs as well as have some comfort in the blazing heat with the fans in our houses. But unfortunately, the generator we had was on its \u201clast leg\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/derrick-dobbs\/files\/2013\/11\/Gennie-3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-154\" title=\"Gennie 3\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/derrick-dobbs\/files\/2013\/11\/Gennie-3-300x224.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/derrick-dobbs\/files\/2013\/11\/Gennie-3-300x224.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/derrick-dobbs\/files\/2013\/11\/Gennie-3.jpg 448w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Our old generator was made in the 1950\u2019s and was a very well made product! We had to manually start it and I have logged many hours trying to get it going. They were a group of people from all over the USA who worked in electricity. They even paid their own airfare to get here.\u00a0 And boy did they work!
