DJ and Galilee went from worrying about possible nighttime freezes to trying to keep their garden from wilting in 100-degree afternoon temperatures in the span of only a couple weeks.\u00a0 They\u2019ve had their work cut out for them, but we\u2019re getting squash, peppers, lettuce, cilantro, dill, LOTS of cucumbers, etc. now so they have been successful.\u00a0 We\u2019re thankful to see Galilee\u2019s ongoing recovery as she works on the garden. \u00a0She and I have been going foraging for mulberries, agarita berries, and prickly pear pads too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Areli and Tyndale have less than 2 weeks left in their 11<sup>th<\/sup> grade and 8<sup>th<\/sup> grade years now.\u00a0 They are looking forward to summer break!\u00a0 At the end of April Areli had a 3-day trip to compete on the FFA range team at the state level.\u00a0 Those trips are always tiring for her but she was happy with her score and is planning to compete on the range team again next year.\u00a0 Tyndale is looking forward to a weeklong science discovery trip in June to study Texas waterways continuing to work on his certifications while simultaneously getting involved in some projects for the mission\u2019s IT team.\u00a0 I (Jennifer) recently spent some time going through the points of an outline that is sometimes used for organizing culture information.\u00a0 I was looking for any ideas that our team might want to remember to include in the instructions we\u2019ll be writing for missionaries who learn other cultures as part of the goal of sharing the Gospel clearly.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" through Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas, and Tennessee is less than 2 weeks away now.\u00a0 Lord willing, we plan to leave here on May 20 and return June 10.\u00a0 Please pray for safe travels and
