Thanks so much for your prayers over the past month. The school year continues to go well for Areli and Tyndale, and Galilee is starting to see a decrease in migraine frequency again. Tyndale\u2019s migraines have also dropped in frequency, and all of us seem to be getting over the lingering effects of whatever virus we had back in the summer. Tyndale had his first FFA competition last week. This one was his first time competing in radio announcing, and his team placed second.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jennifer has met virtually a couple more times recently with the team she gave evaluations to back in September. One of those meetings was a Stage 3 kick-off for the newest member of the team. Next month there will be more virtual meetings for Stage 4 kick-offs (Stage 4 is the final stage of their culture and language acquisition time.) It\u2019s exciting to see this team getting close to the point where they can start doing Bible translation and preparing lessons for sharing the good news about Jesus with their friends in the remote location where they serve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DJ and the ministry team he serves with have been busy evaluating the network needs for the home office and figuring out what equipment to prioritize for upgrades. Pray that they\u2019ll have wisdom in balancing their desire to be good stewards of resources while also providing reliable network service for all the essential functions of our mission\u2019s home office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ve seen a significant drop in our support level since this summer too, so we\u2019d appreciate prayers for the Lord\u2019s provision in that area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re currently having our first true cold spell of the year here in south Texas. Today\u2019s high is supposed to be in the 40s after yesterday\u2019s high was still 80. We may also have a freeze tomorrow night, so we\u2019ll have to decide whether to harvest the last of our garden stuff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
