<\/h1>\n<\/h1>\nDear Praying Friends,<\/p>\n
Normally, every three years, we have a representatives conference but because of Ethnos360’s 75th Anniversary, name change (Formally New Tribes Mission) and moving from our old building to a newer building down the street, it had to be delayed for\u00a0a couple of years.\u00a0 Cheryl and I flew to Florida last month to attend the conference and we were challenged and encouraged buy some of the new initiatives proposed for the future of Ethnos360.<\/p>\n

It was nice to just go out after a day of meetings to have supper, visit with other reps and just talk about things that we all had been doing the past 4-5 years.\u00a0 Some good input was the result.<\/p>\n
One of the highlights was a riverboat ride and lunch.\u00a0 It was so relaxing and the weather was great.\u00a0 The picture at the top of this\u00a0letter\u00a0is Cheryl and I sitting, eating and enjoying talking to other reps.\u00a0 Here is the boat.\u00a0 A wonderful, relaxing day and grateful for the kindness of the leadership to provide this treat for us.<\/p>\n
Half of the month of January found me in Waukesha, WI to share in the semester opener at Ethnos360 Bible Institute.\u00a0 I was just starting to get the flu when I shared and then spent a good amount of time in bed.\u00a0 I was to travel to Chicago but opted to rest instead which was a really good idea.\u00a0 Then the week after, I was able to sit in on some mobilization meetings and was able to get some much needed input on using social media in my area of ministry.<\/p>\n
February also had me spending half of the month on the road.\u00a0 I taught Perspectives in Omaha & Lincoln, NE for the first time and they were amazing.\u00a0 So thankful for the interaction among the group.\u00a0 Then, Cheryl and I went to our reps conference in Florida only to take off two days later for Harrison, AR to teach Perspectives.\u00a0 Once again, a wonderful group and amazing hosts were there to hear of what God is doing in the world.<\/p>\n
From there, I stopped off in Fayetteville, AR and spent the night with some Student Mobilization guys in their house and visited with them for a bit and stayed around and had supper\u00a0 and breakfast the next morning with some of the students I have met in the past.\u00a0 Then, the next day, I was heading for our training center in Roach, MO ![](\"https:\/\/gallery.mailchimp.com\/e87f3bec68910b2b1983f82df\/_compresseds\/a9ea1c06-71c0-44f6-b5b8-f674f21fe24d.jpg\")
and thought I would see if anyone from Missouri State Stumo group in Springfield wanted to visit.\u00a0 What was going to be just me going\u00a0by to visit some students turned into quite a few of them stopping by to visit me at Panera’s and the campus director inviting me to spend the night with his family and come to their meeting the next morning.\u00a0 It was amazing.<\/p>\n

This month, I went up to the MTC and met a group of 12 students from Missou (University of Missouri) who wanted to see what our training is like.\u00a0 Once again, amazing.\u00a0 The Lord sure is opening doors.<\/p>\n
In a couple of weeks I will be heading back up to Waukesha, WI to help with some K-State students who want to see the Bible Institute.\u00a0 There may be more going from other colleges but I haven’t heard yet.\u00a0 Please be praying that more will become interested in reaching the lost.<\/p>\n

Once again, if not for the kindness and generosity of those of you who pray for and support us, we would not be able to do what we do which is find those people, young and old, who want to be involved in reaching the uttermost part of the earth.\u00a0 There are so many young folks who would like to be involved but they just don’t know it yet.\u00a0 You give us the opportunity to share with them and then see them count for Christ in a way that they could never have imagined.\u00a0 We salute and applaud you.\u00a0 Thank you for helping us find these future laborers.\u00a0 We appreciate it.<\/p>\n
All I can think to say is, “May the God of Glory use each one of us to see people reconciled to Him and bring honor to His name, not because He needs it but because He delights to see His children caring for others more than themselves which is the fulfillment of the greatest commandment.”<\/p>\n
