\"f1696576\"<\/a>Cheryl and I<\/strong><\/span> want to thank you all for your prayers and kindness as we traveled down the road challenging laborers to be used by the Lord in whatever way He deems best.\u00a0 It has been good to see the different types of folks whom He has raised up to go to the regions beyond to share this good news with those who have never heard and you all were a part of this process.\u00a0 Thanks so much.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Fall schedule is starting up and I trust that we can contact many more interested friends who will not only want to be church-planters but also support personnel who will work to keep those folks out in the tribe doing the job that the Lord and you all have sent them to do.\u00a0 Let\u2019s pray for many more tribes to hear the good news this year and other churches to come to maturity.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This Past Summer<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

It has been a busy summer and a really hot one.\u00a0 Besides going to different churches, we have been able to work on some projects around the house.\u00a0 We had to reroof the house, install new gutters and replace a fence.\u00a0 It has been so hot that it was hard to do many things we would like to have done.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This Coming Fall<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We trust that the Lord will be using us this next semester.\u00a0 We will be traveling everywhere from Wyoming to Chicago to Texas and everywhere in-between.\u00a0 Pray for safety and the finances to do all the things we would like to do as we meet potential missionaries.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n


\n<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\"CMC_6816\"<\/a>Joel and Katie<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/span> <\/em><\/strong><\/span>will be getting married in a month on October 1st.\u00a0 We are very pleased with both of them and trust that the lord will work in their lives to be a blessing to each other and to those who come in contact with them.\u00a0 Please pray for them as they start their lives together.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Leah<\/strong><\/span><\/span> <\/strong>is a real blessing to us.\u00a0 She is still managing an \u201con the border restaurant\u201d on the west side of wichita.\u00a0 It is nice to go in and see her as she works with other employees. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

She is also involved in a bible study with our daughter-in-law, Jane.\u00a0 She really enjoys it.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"IMG_1071\"<\/a>Daniel, Jane and Maddie<\/strong><\/span><\/span> have been a real blessing to us also.\u00a0 They are very active in their church and have enjoyed their lives together.\u00a0 Daniel is selling cars at the #1 Suzuki dealer in the nation and has a great christian owner for an employer.\u00a0 Thanks for praying.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Prayer Requests<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. For good health for both of us<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. For safety in traveling<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Increase in ministry support <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  4. For many of the new missionaries going out during this time of economic scarcity<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  5. That we would get up each morning thrilled to serve the Lord with all of our hearts, minds, souls & strength<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  6. That we would go to bed each night not discouraged by what we could have done but failed to do<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
