To stay on the course

October 6, 2011 by Nadia Hattingh

In talking to various groups over the last few months, we have come yet again under the strong impression of His heart for the lost.

Did you know that of the more than 6600 languages in the world, the full Bible has been translated into only 469?! (This is a 2010 statistic). And the Bible has been translated SEVERAL TIMES in my mother tongue…

When we give our lives and are willing to pour it out daily in His service, we are involved with something that has eternal value. Not because we must, but because it is such a privilege! We want to encourage each of you, as you struggle with the things of this life, to stay fast to your calling; To stay in Him who counted it gain to give up everything – for you and me, the Mwinika, Yao, Lolo, Tawara …

Pray for us to stay on course among many distractions; to be wise in what and how we share to the different churches. And most of all: to stay in Him, who is our Everything.
