During one of the Bible lessons in our village this week, a skid was acted out to show how the enemy of our souls works. Hendrik, one of the Mwinika men who is co-teaching with Francois, was teaching about the spiritual realm. In contrast to angels, that are God\u2019s messengers, demons would pose as your benefactors, just to ultimately work towards your demise.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a> In this skid, a rich man was attacked and blinded by an enemy (the guy in red). He was left to \u201csee\u201d his riches dwindle. (Hendrik is standing close to record the skid so that others can listen to it later). \"\"<\/a> After some time, the same enemy came back, now posing as his a benefactor. He \u201chelped\u201d the blind man to rebuild his house, regain some of his flocks and offered to take him to his family that can take care of him. \"\"<\/a> On the way there, the enemy led the man to fall into a trap where he left him to die\u2026<\/p>\n

This, it was taught, is exactly what our enemy wants: he poses as if to help us, but ultimately wants to destroy us. #img4# This truth was communicated very well, and all around the hearers were agreeing, and nodding their heads. The spiritual realm is very real to them, and now they finally understood way bad spirits are torturing them, even though God made very thing perfect in the beginning.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
